We bring in 2 (or 3) great ministerial candidates and their families.

We have our right and perfect minister installed between June 1 and June
15, and have easily paid moving expenses for the minister and her/his family.

We have 1 study group in place wherever Spirit directs one to be, with
Shirley Smith leading it.
4.
We have at least 1 global and 1 local, impactful outreach program in
place (such as Pennies for Peace), programs that teach people how to fish
rather than giving them a fish.
5.
We have incorporated sustainable living practices here at the church,
and we’re being as green as possible.
6.
We have a joint activity with Unity of Torrington, either a picnic or
some other social event.
7.
We bring in at least 2 outstanding and dynamic speakers, Bishop John
Shelby Spong and Dr. Rocco Errico, and we have a full sanctuary for each.
8.
We have at least 150 adults and 40 kids attending each Sunday.
9.
We receive at least $26,000 each month in general fund income.
10.
We see at least 50 people (who don’t come to church here) listening to
our Sunday services each week, either on our website or on CD’s.
11.
We have at least 1 “Bring a Friend” Sunday.
12.
We have at least 4 potluck lunches on Sundays after church.
13.
We have a Marketing Team and a marketing plan in place and functioning.
14.
We have at least 5 new Prayer Chaplains.
15.
We have a networking group in place and meeting once a month.
16.
We have job descriptions in place for all Ministry Team Members.
17. We have 2 or more successful fund-raising events.
