1 QiGong08:00 AM-All are welcome. Qi is the life force energy & gong means working to improve. Qigong is the basic healing practice from China. The physical body needs Chi (bioelectric energy) to function fully. That life giving energy can be blocked by stress, thoughts, emotions and trauma. The flow of energy is enhanced when we relax, breathe deeply, clear the mind and move gently. When the energy flows smoothly, the body heals. Class fee: $5.
The class is lead by Beth Hugh who has practiced and taught Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan, and Reike for more than 20 years.

A Course In Miracles07:00 PM-This is a Course In Miracles. The course does not aim at teaching the meaning of love, for that is beyond what can be taught. It does aim, however, at removing the blocks to the awareness of love's presence, which is your natural inheritance. The opposite of love is fear, but what is all-encompassing can have no opposite.
